One number, one contract, everything in. Design, licences, trades, materials, finishes, site management, clean-up. Variations only happen if you ask for them (and then you get a revised fixed price before work starts). We've run this model for fifteen years — no surprise bills at hand-over.
Do you handle the licences and paperwork?
Yes. Planning licence, structural engineer, technical architect (if required), works notices, industrial end-of-works certificate. You sign where you need to; we chase the rest. Included in the fixed price.
Can we live in the home during the works?
Sometimes, if the works are contained to specific rooms and we can zone the site. For a full home reforma we'll always recommend moving out — it's faster, cleaner, and the cost of a month's rental is more than paid back in project time saved.
What's the minimum project you'll take?
We don't take single-room cosmetic refreshes. The smallest projects we take are ~120 m² apartment refits or a dedicated cinema install. Below that, we'll recommend a good local contractor rather than underserve you.
